Al día de hoy hay 16 licencias de obra concedidas lo que supone un total de 1875 viviendas. De ellas 1473 son de tipo VPPL y 402 de tipo VPPB . La última licencia concedida se otorgó a UTE – XETAF, CONVIPROM – TAMESIS. el Martes 22 de Junio .
